2. Consent to Recording

You acknowledge and agree that Saliently records and transcribes your sales calls, including microphone and system audio. You are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants as required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Data Usage

We use your audio and transcripts to provide coaching, improve our services, and for support and security. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saliently is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
